I Feel like i am called to…

preach, sing, play or go… It doesn’t matter! What matters is that you obey the call and get sent out. After all, “how shall they preach unless they are sent? As it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the Gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!” (Rom 10:15)

We, at The River, see this and believe that it is a big deal to have a place for young leaders to get the tools they need to find their calling. We like to create room for you to practice and become the person God has called you to be. It doesn’t have to be difficult, but it begins by taking a leap of faith; and it is that leap of faith that brings you here!

If you are looking for an intimate, personalized and challenging way to be involved in ministry, to taste adventure, see real deep connection with people and in different parts of the country then this is for you.

What can this look like? Personal growth training for the first few months; working on who you are and your why; then connection with a prayer focused ministry, with worship and evangelism outlets; deep study of the word and applications in worship, children, youth and other areas of ministry; etc… The possibilities are endless!
